An experienced ex-England elite player, Strickland meteoric rise and performances as a Junior in the Elite Amateur ranks were nothing short of incredible.
Considered unlucky not be selected at 17 for the Walker Cup after defeating Min Woo Lee in the British Amateur and finishing runner-up to Jack Singh Brar in the prestigious Lytham Trophy, both of whom are now European Tour players.
After enduring a rookie professional season heavily interrupted by injury, Charlie has shown resolve and commitment through his rehabilitation with a return to competition golf and improved form in 2022.

Charlie is an avid sports fan and when he isn’t on the golf course, he enjoys playing football, tennis and snooker. On the weekends he likes to entertain on his DJ decks and his favourite place in the world is Dubai. He is a big Tottenham supporter, and his favourite golf course is Sage Valley.
